Transfer Data from Huawei to Huawei with Bluetooth

The first method you can use to transfer data from one Huawei device to another is the one that involves using the Bluetooth. Don't you know what this technology is? Strange. In any case, it is a short-distance wireless communication standard that allows you to connect two or more devices for data transmission without using cables.

Therefore, it allows you to transfer data such as photos or videos, but also to play a phone call in the earphones or make a pairing between the phone and the on-board computer of the car, just to give some examples. If you want to know more about this topic, I suggest you read this guide of mine.

That said, to initiate the transfer of any data through Bluetooth, you must first enable this technology on both Huawei devices involved in the operation. To do this, log into the Android notification center, swiping from top to bottom, near the top edge of the screen. At this point, tap on the icon Bluetooth And that's it. To learn more, you can read my guide on how to activate Bluetooth.

Now, in case you want to send a multimedia file, tap on the app Gallery and presses on miniature of the photo or video you want to send to the other Huawei device. Once this is done, click on the icon Share, located at the bottom right, and choose the option Bluetooth from the box that is shown to you.

In the screen you see, select the Huawei device name to which you want to send the file and tap first on it and then on the button Accept, in the notification that is shown to you at the top of the screen. Once the transfer process is complete, the media file will be available within the app Gallery of the other Huawei device.

The above procedure can also be performed for the transfer of documents or music files, using the app File Management, or to send the details of a contact from the address book. The operation to be carried out is to open the document or the contact card, select the item Share and finally choose the Bluetooth as a means of data transfer.

Transfer Data and Photos from Huawei to Huawei

Another way to transfer data from Huawei to Huawei is to use native functionality Huawei Share: this tool is very similar to AirDrop of iOS and guarantees a higher data transmission speed than the Bluetooth interface, which I told you about in the previous chapter.

To enable Huawei Share, you have to open the Android notification center swiping from top to bottom, near the top edge of the screen. Then, among the icons you see, you have to tap on the one named Huawei Share and press the button Attiva, in the box that is shown below. You will also need to do the same on the other Huawei device involved in the data exchange.

After carrying out this operation, all you have to do is access the data you want to share on your Huawei smartphone / tablet. In the case of photos and videos, you can find them in the app Gallery; the other types of files, on the other hand, are available through the app File Management. Finally, as regards contacts, you just need to access the name card via the app Contacts.

After you have opened the file to transfer, tap on the icon Share, which you find in the bar at the bottom right. In the box that is shown to you, wait a few moments for the icon with the device name to send the data to, right above all the other options available by default. You just have to tap on this last icon to start the data transmission. On the Huawei device that will receive the data, you will need to press the key Accept, in the notification that is shown to you at the top of the screen.

In addition to the system I told you about in the previous paragraphs, you may also be interested in the functionality Huawei Beam, which consists in the use ofNFC, as a means of transferring data from one Huawei device to another.

Unfortunately, this feature is not available on all devices but, if it is present on yours, you can take advantage of it by activating the NFC. Then access the Android notification center (swiping from top to bottom, near the top edge of the screen) and press the icon named NFC.
