When the app has successfully read the QR code, three buttons will appear on the phone screen: Apri browser, to open the Internet connection contained in the QR Code with the browser; Share via email, to send the link by email, e Share via SMSTo share the link via SMS. To adjust the settings of the app, press the button (...) located at the top right and select the item Settings from the menu that appears. I think I have what is right for you: Web QR, a practical online service that allows you to read QR Code directly from your computer without installing programs and without using special plugins. All you need to make it work are a browser and a webcam.
Explaining how it works is almost superfluous.
