DOCX files are nothing more than files created using Word with a version included in Office 2007 or higher. Compared to the much more classic DOC, DOCX files allow you to obtain more complete documents, with greater functions and even lighter than those of previous versions of Office.
To open DOCX files, you can choose between four different solutions: buy a newer version of Office, use Word Online, use Word Viewer or take advantage of a free productivity suite as in the case of LibreOffice. So take a few minutes of free time to read this guide and choose the solution to open DOCX files that best suits your needs.
