By now, due to your work, you are used to manipulating files of the most disparate types and, in the last period, you are asked to convert them into different formats, so as to allow legitimate recipients to be able to view them without necessarily having to download specific software. The problem, however, is that you do not always have the appropriate converter at hand and that, irremediably, you end up spending a lot of time looking for one suitable for the need of the moment.
If you find yourself in this situation, then this is the right place for you! In fact, below I will take care to explain how to convert from one format to another, either by using a universal converter (which can therefore be used to convert any type of file into another) or by using some software dedicated to specific purposes.
Before going on, however, I would like to make you a clarification that I think is more than necessary: in some cases, the conversion between files of different nature could involve some small defect in the final rendering phase, due to the difference in the production formats. Keep this in mind before you even do anything!
If you often deal with files in various formats and need to convert them in various ways, the advice I would like to give you is to use a universal converter, Such as CloudConvert. If you hadn't heard of it, this free online platform allows you to act on a wide range of files in various formats, making almost instant conversions in a couple of clicks.
To use it, connected to the main page of the service and, using the drop-down menus next to the items convert e toselect il source format of the file (e.g. txt) and the target format (e.g. PDF). Once this is done, press the button select file and, using the proposed panel, select the content on which to convert.
If you wish, by clicking on freccetta verse il basso located next to the aforementioned button, you can also indicate whether to withdraw the document from a web address (by URL), gives Google Drive, dropbox o OneDrive. In the latter cases, you will be asked to log into your personal cloud space. If you need to convert multiple files at once, click on the button Add more files and repeat the same steps seen above.
Once the file has been uploaded, the drop-down menu Convert to it should already be on the conversion option chosen earlier (otherwise set it by hand); if applicable, you can change the specific settings of the format (eg. quality, resolution, compression engine and so on), by clicking on the button in the shape of wrench.
Once the necessary adjustments have been made, click on the button Convert, to start the conversion process (which should take a few seconds, but varies according to the number of uploaded files, source and destination extensions). When the conversion is completed, next to each element, you should see a button indicating the wording Download: to download the file to your computer, all you have to do is press the button in question.
If, for some reason, CloudConvert hasn't met your expectations, you can consider using other online converters that work quite similarly, such as Convertio, Online Convert o DocsPal, of which I told you in my guide dedicated to online converters.
